Document Manager

Provides quick and easy access to additional resources.

The HEROS Document Manager allows born-digital or scanned documents such as grey literature to be uploaded and linked to records with a one-to-many relationship. Linked documents are then available to users of the system and can also be made available to download through organisation’s websites if desired.  Links to external web sources can also be created.

The pdf symbol denotes a linked document. Clicking on the symbol in HEROS opens the document in a new window.
